Shipping time varies with each item. every order is made to order. generally we take up to 1 week to process your order (excludes weekends).

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. femme sauvage is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS and not femme sauvage.
